Final playground design
What's happening?
The playground at Roy Amer Reserve (Oakden) is due for replacement in line with Council’s Parks and Gardens Asset Management Plan.
Council has approved a budget of $250,000 ($20,000 for the 2021/22 financial year for playground design and consultation, and $230,000.00 in 2022/23 financial year to construct the new playground).
What we heard
We asked you would what you would like to see included in the upgrade and you can find a summary of responses received below.
Feedback and ideas were received via a survey for kids as well as for adults and at Park Day held in April. We also received some fantastic children's playground drawings below.
